Trivia

  • The highest experience reward is from The World Wakes quest. There are a total of 8 lamps that are given as a reward; 1 lamp giving 250,000 xp in Prayer (requires 80 Prayer), 1 lamp giving 110,000 xp in Slayer (requires 70 Slayer), 3 lamps that grant 100,000 xp in any skill above 75, and 3 lamps that grant 50,000 xp in any combat skill above level 65. There is also an additional reward of 100,000 Prayer xp for those with at least 90 prayer and 50,000 Firemaking xp for those with at least 74 Firemaking. The second highest experience reward given is from Chieftain Brundt after Blood Runs Deep quest. There are three allotments of 150,000 xp available, totalling 450K xp. This xp can be used on a combat skill that is level 75 or above. The third highest experience reward is given to you after the completion of While Guthix Sleeps. You receive four allotments of 100,000 xp available, totalling 400k xp. This xp can be used on any skill that is 65 or above, making it very valuable.
  • Right now, a player who has finished every quest in the game will have received between 5,899,942.5 experience and Template:Quest XP total experience from quests alone. The exact amount depends on what the level was in the skills the player chose to add experience to after Swept Away. Theoretically it is possible the player has not used all optional experience rewards (such as lamps) and has thus received less experience than this number.
  • The quest experience is equivalent to level 89 in one skill or level 57 in all skills. It represents less than 1.7% of that required to get all skills to level 99 and approximately 0.1% of the maximum XP.
  • Currently, there is a total of 4,124,692.5 experience without a choice, and between 1,671,110 to 1,672,300 xp with a choice to be gained through questing. The difference in choice experience is due to Swept Away, which rewards its experience based upon the level of the skill it is spent on.
  • Divination earns the highest experience with 700,000 experience gained. In contrast to this is Cooking, which can earn only 44,770 experience from quests. This is not taking into account any experience rewards that can be spent on any skill.
