The Promethium spear is a weapon used in the Dungeoneering skill. It is made of the metal Promethium, and may be smithed from 4 Promethium bars at level 97 Smithing. It can also be received as a drop from World-gorger Shukarhazh, level 141 hobgoblins, or Forgotten warriors that are visibly wielding it.
