The Promethium longsword is a Tier 10 sword used in the Dungeoneering skill. It is made of Promethium, and can be made at 94 Smithing with two Promethium bars. It requires 90 Attack to wield.

The only other way to obtain this item, without smithing it or obtaining it from other people, is to obtain it as a drop from the boss Blink, from a level 178 skeleton wielding a longsword, or from a forgotten warrior visibly wielding the sword or its primal counterpart.
