The Promethium gauntlets are a pair of tier 10 gloves available while Dungeoneering. They require level 90 Defence to wear. They may be obtained as a monster drop, or produced using the Smithing skill.

They can be produced by using 1 Promethium bar with a hammer on an anvil, requiring level 91 Smithing and granting 91.5 smithing experience.
