Promethium boots are a tier 10 members only item released with the Dungeoneering skill. They can be forged from 1 Promethium bar at level 91 or higher Smithing, granting 91.5 Smithing experience. A Defence level of 90 is required to equip them. It can also be obtained as a drop from the Gluttonous Behemoth.
