Promethium arrowheads are items used during Dungeoneering. Like all Promethium items, they are Tier 10. They can be forged at level 90 Smithing from Promethium bars, producing 20 arrowheads and granting 91 Smithing experience per bar. At level 99 Fletching, Promethium arrowheads can be attached to headless arrows within Daemonheim, creating Promethium arrows and granting Fletching experience.
