The primal hatchet is a Tier 11 hatchet available while Dungeoneering. This hatchet is only available to members. It requires level 99 Attack to wield, and level 99 Woodcutting to chop the various trees in Daemonheim, or to clear the Woodcutting doors.

This is the strongest hatchet available, however it can only be obtained as a possible drop from a Bulwark beast. It can be added to the toolbelt without needing to bind it as one of your items. No matter what Woodcutting level you are, it will automatically function as the highest level hatchet you can use.
