The primal chainbody is an item that can only be obtained and used while Dungeoneering. It requires level 99 Defence to wear. Like all Primal equipment, this item cannot be produced using the Smithing skill; it is a drop exclusive to Gravecreeper, who requires level 71 Dungeoneering to fight. This item is not commonly seen among players with level 95 or higher Dungeoneering, as the Primal platebody accessible at that level has the same wearing requirements, but better stats.
