Preparation is an Invention perk that increases the duration and cooldown of the Preparation ability. It can be created in armour gizmos.

At rank 3, Preparation's uptime decreases to 48.97% (down from 50%), but because it cannot be activated as frequently due to its increased cooldown, more time to use other abilities becomes available for only an insignificant decrease in Preparation's net effectiveness.
