Potion for a Lady is an achievement that requires the player to find one unreadable page in Daemonheim and giving Lady Meilyr a self made super melee potion in exchange for the melee XP lamp.
To complete this achievement, you must speak to Lady Meilyr with the super melee potion in your inventory. Select the option to ask "What can I do here?" then "Ask about the combination potion recipes...".
