Postbag from the Hedge

Postbag from the Hedge is a collection of letters to, and responses from, RuneScape non-player characters. They are often replied to in a humorous fashion, although some replies (especially those from the Chaos Elemental) hint at future updates. The letters are delivered by Postie Pete.
Postbag from the Hedge replaces the old letters from the gods of RuneScape, as the gods have "neither the time nor the inclination to speak with mere mortals".
The most recent Postbag was Postbag from the Hedge 41, dated 5 August 2009. The mod who wrote postbags has changed roles within Jagex, but the company aimed to have the next edition out by the end of July 2009[1]. However this deadline had not been met as the next one came out in August.
