A pole is a quest item used in the Mountain Daughter and Glorious Memories quests. It can be found in the goat's pen in the Mountain Camp, east of Rellekka. It is used to catapult the player across the stones in the middle of the lake near the Mountain Camp; however, any staff will work for this as well. There is also a Broken pole found on the south-western side of the lake which cannot be repaired and has no known use.
