Poisoned fish food is used in the Ernest the Chicken quest. It is made by using poison on fish food (both found in Draynor Manor).
You must find the green bottle of poison inside the manor, too. Then add the fish food to it; put it in the pond and the pirhanas die, leaving you free to get whatever is in there!
The Wise Old Man will buy it from you for 1gp.
