Pirate hat and eyepatches is the result of having Patchy sew a left eyepatch, a right eyepatch, and a pirate hat together. Left eyepatches are lootable items from Pirate implings, which can be caught after the Rocking Out quest. Right eyepatches can be obtained from killing low-level pirates, or bought at most charter ship stores. Pirate hats can be obtained from a level 3 Treasure trail.

- When High Detail was in beta, players wearing the hat and eyepatches experienced a glitch on their faces. Only the hat and the eyepatches would be visible, and the majority of the face would be invisible. This bug was universal to the pirate hat.
