Palm tree seeds can be grown into palm trees which when fully grown bear coconuts. Players must have level 68 Farming to plant a Palm tree seeds; planting gives 110.5 Farming experience. It takes 880 minutes (roughly 14:40 hours) to finish growing.
Palm tree seeds can be bought from the Vinesweeper minigame for 35,000 points per seed by trading with Mrs. Winkin.
Palm tree seeds may also be found rarely in a birds nest while Woodcutting or from Miscellania kingdom management.
Palm tree seeds have a history of rapidly increasing in price and then "falling off a cliff" meaning the price can vary from 110k to 80k in a matter of days.
A farmer will watch over them for a price of 15 papayas.
