The PBJ is an organisation fighting against the penguins. They are an enemy of the KGP, playing a minor role in the quest Hunt for Red Raktuber.

- PBJ may mean "Polar Bears for Justice". J may be present in the acronym because it rhymes with A, in CIA (Central Intelligance Agency) of the United States government, or is perhaps a play on "PB and J" as in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- Humorously, the PBJ agents seem to be awful at disguises, in contrast to their well-disguised enemies, the KGP. The player makes a few comments on this throughout the quest when trying to talk to Jim (who, himself, tries to hide in a snowbank, but does so horribly) before completing Hunt for Red Raktuber, and when they first meet Chuck in his poor palm tree disguise, to which Chuck states "Hmmm... We may need to have a meeting about that."
