Oziach is a character involved in the Dragon Slayer quest. He lives just north-west of Edgeville and tells you the three places you need to go to get the three pieces of the map. When a player has finished Dragon Slayer, they will be able to buy a Rune platebody for 65,000 coins (or for a reduced amount of coins if they are wearing Varrock armour) and a Green dragonhide body for 7,800 (or for 7,020 coins if they are wearing Varrock armour) from his shop.
Currently, Oziach's Rune Platebody price is less than the Grand Exchange Price. Players lucky enough to obtain a Draconic visage, and who do not have a Smithing level of 90 or higher or can't find someone to assist them using the assist system, can pay Oziach 1.25 million coins to combine the draconic visage with an Anti-dragon shield, making a Dragonfire shield. He does not give players the key to Melzar's Maze, instead, the Guildmaster does. You do not have to speak to Oziach before you receive a Draconic visage as a drop.

- Thurgo may not be the master of Smithing, as Oziach is the only NPC who sells Rune platebodies, which require a player 99 Smithing to make.Whether he has 99 Smithing or not, he definitely has over 90 Smithing, as, if payed by a player to do so, he can smith a Draconic Visage and Anti-Dragonfire shield into a Dragonfire shield, which requires a player to have 90 Smithing to be able to do so.
