Osvald is a shop owner in the residential caves beneath Miscellania Castle. He runs the Miscellanian Food Shop, a small store that stocks basic food and cooking supplies such as chocolate bars, cheese, and cabbage.
Osvald is optimistic about life in the caves, and believes they will soon be as busy as the Fremennik port town of Rellekka; a tall order indeed.
