The Ogre Ribs are a quest item dropped by Ogres during the Rag and Bone Man quest. The bone must be cleaned by adding it to a pot of vinegar and then boiled over the fire by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock. Once cleaned, the bone can be given to the Odd Old Man.
