The Off-hand rune crossbow is a crossbow similar to the Rune crossbow except that it is equipped in the offhand slot. If a player is dual wielding and thus does not have a shield equipped, there may be some abilities that are inaccessible to them. This is balanced out by the abilities that require a player to be dual-wielding weapons in order to perform them.
It can be made with a Fletching level of 69 by using a crossbow string on a rune c'bow (u), giving 50 experience.
