The off-hand chaotic claw is an off-hand dragon claw enhanced with 5 chaotic spikes. Attaching the spikes is not reversible, and the claws will become untradeable after they are attached. The spikes may be bought from the rewards trader at Daemonheim for 20,000 tokens per spike (100,000 tokens per claw).
After approximately 10 hours of combat, the off-hand chaotic claw will degrade completely and must be recharged for a fee by the rewards trader before it may be used again. To do so, right-click on him and select "Recharge" with the depleted weapon in your inventory. The repair cost is either 1,000,000 coins, or 100,000 coins and 10,000 reward tokens (from 0 charges; recharging is pro-rated if recharging before the weapon fully degrades). As with the other off-hand chaotic weapons, recharging the off-hand chaotic claw costs half that of recharging a main-hand chaotic weapon.
When using a combination of Dungeoneering tokens and coins to recharge the weapon, the claw has a cost of approximately 6.66 coins and .66 tokens per attack. If the weapon is recharged using solely money, it has a cost of 66.66 coins per attack (assuming one is using the claw constantly).
