Not a Moth is an achievement that requires the player to defeat the Black Stone Dragon, the last boss of the Dragonkin Laboratory, without taking damage from any shadow flames.
The "shadow flames" the achievement is referring to is her dragonfire spiral and flying rampage attacks. The dragonfire spiral attack is first used after the four black hands are destroyed, and the flying rampage attack is performed when she reaches 260,000 or lower health.
