Nettle tea is a hot drink made from using nettle leaves in a bowl of water, then using the nettle-water on a range. Nettle tea requires 20 cooking to make and gives 53 cooking experience, and it restores 3Hp.
Note that picking nettles will hurt you if you try to pick them up without gloves. Nettles can be found behind the prison in Draynor, right outside the south wall of Varrock, in many parts east of Canifis, and in other places.
Drinking the tea heals three hitpoints and raises your attack by two. Milk may also be added to the tea, but this is optional.
Nettle tea can be put in an empty cup to make cup of tea, but this is optional. Empty cups can be obtained by stealing from the tea stall in south-eastern Varrock and then drinking the tea.
This item is also used in the Ghosts Ahoy quest and the Mogre miniquest.
