A Necromancer's steam staff is a mystic steam staff that has had a Shade skull attached to it, changing its appearance. Unlike the single elemental necromancer staves, this doesn't receive a damage boost. The shade skull can be removed from the staff to turn it back to a normal mystic steam staff.
