The Binding necklace is an enchanted jewellery item that gives the wearer a 100 percent success rate in making combination runes through the Runecrafting skill. It is destroyed after a player has used it 15 times.
Players can make it by casting Enchant Level 2 Jewellery on an emerald necklace, if they have at least level 27 Magic. It is also dropped by the monsters in the Abyss.
