Mourners can be found in West Ardougne, their headquarters in the same city, and near the gates of Arandar. They were introduced with the Plague City quest, and play a large part in the Plague City on-going quest story line.

They are killed for the Mourner gear they drop, required for Mourning's Ends Part I and Part 2.
