Mos Le Harmless 'rum' is only available from Honest Jimmy at Trouble Brewing for 2 Pieces of Eight.
It is used to teleport back to Trouble Brewing.
When drunk the player seems to die, and can say a variety of things ("Oh gods, it tastes like burning!"; "My Liver! My Liver is melting!"; "Urgh!") The 'Rum' is available in two colours (blue and red), but there is no difference, only the colour.

- The line "Oh gods, it tastes like burning!" is a possible reference to the American television show "The Simpsons", in the episode "Das Bus" when Ralph Wiggum eats poisonous berries and exclaims, "They taste like... burning".
