Monkey bones are a form of bones and can be obtained 'only' by killing level 98 zombie monkeys in Zooknock's Tunnel. They are smaller than normal bones, but give 5 experience points per bone for prayer, compared to 4.5, and that they are used in the Monkey Madness quest.
