The Mithril mace is a mace stronger than the black mace. Like all Mithril weapons, it requires 20 attack to wield. It can only be used in combat. Players can make a mithril mace with the smithing skill at level 52 using 1 mithril bar, giving the player 50 smithing experience. Players can purchase this mace from Flynn's Mace Market in Falador. It is rarely used in combat. If received as a drop during training, it is recommended to alchemize it, as this will give magic xp and make up for the cost of the rune. Using an Explorer's Ring would still give you a profit without using any runes.
