The mithril full helm is the seventh best full helmet in RuneScape. The mithril full helmet grants greater defensive bonuses than its medium helmet counterpart. To wear this helmet players need at least 30 Defence. To obtain a mithril full helm the player can either buy one from Peksa's Helmet Shop in the Barbarian Village, obtain one as a monster drop, make one using the Smithing skill or trade with another player.

To create a mithril full helmet the player needs at least 57 Smithing, a hammer and two mithril bars. To make a helmet use one of the bars on an anvil with the hammer in the inventory. This will grant the player 100 Smithing experience.
