A deadly throwing dart with a mithril tip.

Mithril darts are member's only Ranged throwing weapons. To wield them, the player must have at least 30 Ranged. They can be obtained by using the Smithing and Fletching skills, trading with another player, or sometimes by smashing barrels. Mithril darts can be wielded with a shield for protection.

To create mithril darts the player must have completed the Tourist Trap quest and have at least 54 Smithing and 52 Fletching. Each mithril bar will create 10 mithril dart tips and the player will receive 50 Smithing experience. When feathers are added the player will receive 10 mithril darts and 11.2 Fletching experience per mithril dart.
