A Mithril crossbow is a crossbow stronger than the black crossbow. It requires a Ranged level of 36 to wield, and can use bolts up to mithril bolts.
Mithril crossbows can be made through the Fletching skill at level 54; a player must first cut a maple stock for the crossbow from maple logs, granting 32 Fletching experience. Then, a player must add mithril crossbow limbs to the stock, granting 64 experience and making an unstrung mithril crossbow. Finally, a player must string the crossbow with crossbow string, granting 32 experience.

- In the Ranged guide (click the ranged skill to view), the mithril crossbow is called just that. However, in the Grand Exchange, you have to search for 'mith crossbow', as 'mithril crossbow' will have no results.
