A Mint cake is a reward from the Gnome Restaurant minigame. Consuming it will restore 100% of a player's run energy. It can be obtained from the mini-game by doing hard orders to the gnomic explorers: Brambickle, Penwie and Wingstone (As with the Grand Tree Seed Pods) . It can only be used once, and restores the most energy per consumption than any other item. However with the street price of this item usually being much higher than the Grand Exchange's price due to the common misconception that it is rare or hard to get, the much easier to obtain super energy potion is more commonly used.
In The Path of Glouphrie quest, Longramble will exchange a mint cake in return for delivering a Tangled Toad Legs.
