Mill Lane Mill is a windmill located between Draynor Village and Lumbridge. There is one non-player character inside, Millie Miller, who instructs players on making flour. She is involved in the Cook's Assistant quest.

It is one of the only free-to-play windmills in RuneScape, the other being located inside the Cooks' Guild, though this requires a Cooking level of at least 32 to enter.

The windmill is conveniently located right beside a wheat field, and the nearby farmer's house to the south-east of the mill provides players with a water source.

This allows players to make bread dough easily and cook it in Lumbridge, providing a cheap source of food and Cooking experience without having to travel very far.

The nearby bank deposit bins in the Gnomecopter Tours field to the north is also a convenient place to store dough and other items made in the mill.
