The Menap action kilt is an item of clothing, and specifically is a type of skirt that is a part of the Menaphite robes. Players can obtain one by trading with Ali Morrisane after completing the Rogue Trader miniquest.
The examine text for this item is notable for misspelling the word "knobbly" as "nobbily".
[edit] Graphical glitch
The red Menap action kilt had been struck by a graphical glitch, turning the red into a pale blue colour whilst the item was in a player's inventory. When players equipped it, it looked red on their character, but remained blue on the Worn Equipment screen.
This bug was fixed with the Rocking Out update of the 11 June 2008[1].
