A Megaleather coif is a coif available while Dungeoneering. It requires 80 Ranged and 80 Defence to wield. It can be crafted by members with 85 crafting using two Megamastyx hide, a needle and thread.

Creating This ItemEdit

1. Obtain two Megamastyx hides either by trapping a Megamastyx or by buying them from the smuggler.
2. Obtain a needle and some thread by buying it from the smuggler or by some other method.
3. Use the needle on one of the Megamastyx hides and choose to make a Megaleather coif, requiring 85 Crafting and giving 169 experience.
