The Max hood is one of the rarest hoods in Runescape. It can be obtained from Max when a player purchases a Max cape. It is available to players who have attained at least 99 in all 25 skills (it does not require 120 in Dungeoneering, however). Players may buy a set of the hood and the cape from Max for 2,475,000 coins, which is 99,000 coins times 25, the number of skills.

Just like the Max cape, the Max hood is fully customizable colour-wise (the colours can be customised by using the option in the right-click menu of the cape).
