Master Phyllis is a character in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador. Phyliss was an elderly dwarf that lived in a hidden settlement beneath the Dwarven Mines. He raised Kara-Meir after finding her near death huddled against the body of a white wolf.
He dies in Kara-Meir's arms after he gives her The Banner of the White Pearl, Tears of Guthix, and a rune bar.
