A red marionette head, torso and arms was used in the 2005 Christmas event. It could be made by using a Marionette (red head) on the crate that held red marionette arms in Diango's Workshop. If used with the crate that held red marionette legs, it would become a Marionette (red unstrung). When completed and strung, the marionette is unusable; the player must take it to the Taverley members' gate, where they will receive a hat. After the player takes five boxes of decorations to the tree in Varrock Square and decorates it, a usable marionettewill be found underneath the tree.
