A Man trap is a trap that can be built in a player-owned house dungeon corridor or dungeon stairs. It catches players and does 90-120 points of damage (which is dangerous at low life points) , although players with a high Agility level may evade this trap.

The lowest construction level required to build this without any luck involved is 70. Players with level 70 construction who wish to build this should drink tea made from teak shelves 2 in a P.O.H (+3) and use a crystal saw from the quest The Eyes of Glouphrie (+3). However you could also build this at level 67 using a spicy stew with 3 orange spices in it, however this is not guaranteed to give a +6 construction boost.
