A Magic shortbow (u) is an unstrung Magic shortbow. It is made by using a knife on Magic logs. Level 80 Fletching is required to do this and grants 83.25 experience. Stringing this item with a bow string also requires 80 Fletching, and also gives 83.25 experience. Once players reach 85 Fletching, most prefer to make Magic longbows instead of Magic shortbows from Magic logs as they yield more experience and have a greater High alchemy value.
