Planting the sapling in a tree patch will result in the chance of growing a Magic tree in a players tree patch. Players can ask the gardener for assistance in watching over their Magic tree for a payment of 25 Coconuts - these may be noted.
You have a chance of getting your Magic seed back from the sapling by right-clicking the sapling and selecting "Salvage seed". The chance of getting the seed back is approximately 75% with 99 Farming, though it is unknown if Farming level affects the odds.
