Magical melee was removed from RuneScape after an update.

Magical melee (also known as magic-based melee) attacks were distinguished by a unique set of characteristics. It was removed in the Evolution of Combat update since most monsters have one main attack style.

Protection:	Prayer method	Defence and armour method
Attack acts like	Melee → Protect/Deflect Melee ()	Magic → Defend against magic, with e.g., Dragonhide ()
More info	Having a high Prayer bonus will help	Magical Defence is based on 70% of your Magic level and 30% on your Defence = 70% & 30%

Note: Certain special attacks of members-only melee weapons can deal a magical melee attack ( the Saradomin sword or Korasi's sword for example).
