Lucien's daughter

From the RuneScape Wiki, the wiki for all things RuneScape

Lucien mentions his daughter.

Lucien's daughter is a character briefly mentioned during the Temple of Ikov quest. Should players refuse to aid the Mahjarrat Lucien in his attempt to steal the Staff of Armadyl, Lucien insults the player, derogatively comparing them to his daughter. However, if she actually exists is unknown.

Whether or not Lucien's statement should be interpreted literally remains unclear. There exists the possibility that Lucien simply made her up as part of his insult. During The Curse of Arrav quest, players find two sets of notes taken by the Mahjarrat Zemouregal, the the first of which mentions that Enakhra is the the only female Mahjarrat currently in Gielinor. Following the events of Enakhra's Lament, Zemouregal's offers to sire children with Enakhra were turned down due to her romantic feelings for Zamorak, making her compliance to raise any sort of children with another Mahjarrat unlikely. Furthermore, a Mahjarrat's continued absence from The Ritual of Rejuvination in The North near Ghorrock would result in extreme weakness (which would, albeit, fit in with Lucien's insult).

However, multiple female Mahjarrat have lived in Gielinor in the past, such as General Khazard's mother Palkeera. As Lucien does not comment on his daughter's age, she could have potentially been born when more female Mahjarrat lived in Gielinor or even Freneskae. Some Mahjarrat have also managed to escape their race's sight either inadvertently or intentionally, such as Kharshai and Jhallan. Furthermore, there exists the possibility that Lucien's extremely powerful magical abilities could be used to conceal his daughter's presence from the rest of his race; the human warrior Viggora mentions that, given the opportunity, Lucien could have concealed the Staff of Armadyl, a god-weapon, from Zaros, a god himself.
