Lottie is Betty's assistant, and can be found at the basement of Betty's Magic Emporium. She is also a friend of Wendy.
She explains the ways of obtaining Betty's wand, which is required for the Swept Away quest, released during the 2008 Hallowe'en event. Lottie explains about relocating the creatures within the basement back to their holding pens.
To start the puzzle in the basement, Lottie gives a Magic slate which is used to show where each creature's holding pen is located.
An interesting fact about Lottie is that she is probably the only Runescape character with freckles.
