Lottie is a young witchly apprentice, Betty's assistant, and friend of Wendy. She can be found at the basement of Betty's Magic Emporium and is involved in the Swept Away quest, which was released along with the 2008 Hallowe'en event.

Lottie explains the ways of obtaining Betty's wand, which is required for Swept Away. Lottie gives the player the task of relocating the creatures within the basement back to their original holding pens. To start the puzzle in the basement, Lottie gives a Magic slate to the player which is used to show where each creature's holding pen is located.

• Lottie appears to be the only human character in RuneScape with freckles.
