Even if they have finished Fremennik Trials and have a Fremennik name, if the player does not have the required skills for Lunar Diplomacy Lokar will call them "outlander" and tell them to practice their skills more since they are "blatantly lacking."

- The character could possibly be a reference to the protagonist of the original Star Wars trilogy, Luke Skywalker, based on his name, hairstyle, and injured hand.
- The injured hand swapped arms after the graphics update.
