The Letter is obtained by talking to Brundt the Chieftain in the Rellekka longhall, if a player has logged out or lost connection before leaving the Spiritual Realm during Blood Runs Deep. The letter is a single-use teleport to the Spiritual Realm, where the quest can be continued.
