The Lesser reborn warrior is part of the In Pyre Need quest where it is non-attackable. After the quest it becomes attackable and is aggressive towards players. This creature will not respawn in the usual manner after death, but only when you leave its' cave and then return. They also appear in Daemonheim's warped floors (95+ Dungeoneering required).
