Lensa is a resident of Jatizso, a small settlement in the Fremennik Isles. Lensa has lived in Jatizso her entire life, where heavy taxes and a depressing atmosphere have left her very unhappy.
Lensa, like Freygerd, is one of many Jatizso citizens looking to leave and start a new life on the mainland. King Gjuki Sorvott IV's constant taxing of the island's residents has left her unable to fund such a movement, however.
According to Lensa, there are 273 shades of grey in Jatizso.
