Leech Adrenaline, one of the Ancient Curses, boosts adrenaline while draining enemy adrenaline by up to 10%; it does not work on monsters, as they cannot use abilities. This prayer is especially useful in PvP situations since it is possible to stop players from using their adrenaline. This prayer can help reduce the number of times a player is hit by devastating abilities.

TriviaEdit

• This prayer is used in Clan Wars or Castle Wars against their opponents to steal away adrenaline. The player can then use his or her own adrenaline as a counter.
• Prior to the Evolution of Combat, this prayer was called Leech Special Attack, which drained special attack energy in a similar way.
• According to the ancient hymnal, Leech Adrenaline's verbal incantation is "Reple me impetu speciali hostium." (Fill me with the special attacks of my enemy.)^[obsolete]
